In case of children the 6 years will run from their 18th birthday. We will only retain your contact data longer if you chose to agree and this will only be so that we can let you know of any new products or services that we may offer in the future

In the first instance we would ask that you contact our office and report the issue to the Compliance Officer. We will aim to respond with 28 working days of receiving your query. When you contact us, we as that you also provide enclose
